well do mean u are going out with someone or just like that, if u are going out with someone and she says she loves u then u should say i love u too, cuz if u dont then u shouldnt be going out with her. but if she is saying it the first time to u and u guys are not even going out then tell her u love her aswell if u do but if u dont why lie??
