What should I do when your own mother keeps calling you a liar over and over when in fact I did NOT lie?

It came out of nowhere, and she kept saying I was lying, and I didn't even know what she was talking about. What is the best thing to do in a situation like this?

Don't start an argument over it. Keep a cool head and get to the facts of the matter. Try in this instance to be the adult. Stick to your guns don't cave in under pressure. This shall pass and the truth will be revealed.

Okay, stay calm and don't freak out!  Don't raise your voice or back talk!  Ask her why she thinks your lying and give her evadance that you were telling the truth!
