What should I do with a crappy malibu?

180,000 miles

body damage

breaks need repairing

engine sounds bad

what do i do with this piece of c**p?

can't you afford to fix it up. if not, sell it as is and list what is wrong with it or you can get sued for selling a lemon.

Paid for right? Fix it up and drive it to the ground.

Even if it cost you $2000 to fix up that's a lot cheaper then $20,000 for a new car. It's not unheard of for any brand of  car reaching 300,000 miles nowadays if your willing to work with it..

Put it on craigslist.org for "best offer" for parts.  I got rid of my 1998 taurus that way, the transmission blew and someone came and paid me $250 and towed it away.

Donate it .Search "donate my car".Some of these places will give you fair market value,AND it's a tax right off.
