She is getting thin day by day.I can see her resistance power is also getting down.Though she is very witty, but weaker than other children of her age.I should also tell that she is very naughty and restless.

  1. It is very normal for children to change weight. When I was little, I would be hungry for everything, then be hungry for nothing at all. If in a few weeks she does get thinner, or does not eat more take her to the doctor. Hope all is well.

  2. make sure she is getting all her nutrients and fruits

you have to take ur child's health seriously now as migh tbecome an issue later on in her life, when she becomes more weaker(may god not let this happen)

make sure she doesn;t skip any of her meals or anything

  3. She should see the pediatrician, and have a good checkup.  Something is clearly wrong.

  4. have no worries.

if you say she is not suffering from any disease (Which i presume you would have taken her to the doctor and he would have told you) how can you say that you see her resistance power going down.

She is witty, she is naughty, she is restless which shows that she is mentally in a very good state and which is possible only if she is 100% fit.

firstly stop comparing her with other childeren, see she eats a well balanced diet(not in terms of quantity)and let her be what she is.

do not bother her and your self with this non issues.(these are all because of your love towards her and what other people keep on saying;ignore it,it makes a person think negetive)

    live life without worrries

    cheers

  5. I would take her to the doctor to see if there is a medical reason for her being so thin.  I would also be worried about the weakness. A doctors visit should answer all of your questions.

  6. Some children get thin, but the combination of the restlessness and the thinness is a tip off that she needs to see the doctor about this problem.

If you don't get an answer, see 2 or 3 more doctors.

Failure to thrive is a problem and I don't have any answers.

  7. I'll tell u one thing to use from my persnl exp. . I use to be a skinny kid , then my parents gave me a a Milk Powder called G.R.D. and it worked very well
