I happen to play guitar and my guitar teacher, my dad, and pretty much anyone that hears me play says that I have talent on the guitar and would make a great guitarist in the future. I also play saxophone but i have become attached to the guitar and haven't played saxophone in a while (like the whole summer). I have a thing for drawing but i have never submitted my work to a drawing competition or really shown a lot of people my work. I also have a good writing talent for humor and I have never really been good at Language Arts and English in the past. I also am really good at math and science. Lastly, I have played soccer for about 4-5 years and I am an okay player. What should I take as my passion for the rest of my life so that i don't have to drag all those extra weights and I just have one goal... Plz help me...

  1. Truthfully, whatever you set out to do, you will change your mind in college at least once.  The last statistic I heard was that adults change careers an average of 3 times over the course of their lives.  Don't stress about it so much right now.  Just go to school, study, enjoy yourself (but not too much) and what you want to do will become apparent to you over the course of your studies.

  2. whatever makes you the most happy bro... Just whatever it is, make sure you work hard at it to achieve your goals...

  3. If you have to ask whether or not something's your passion, it's probably not your passion.  Just keep exploring and holding options open until something grabs you and won't let go.

Think of it this way - what in your life would make you most miserable to NOT do ever again?  When you answer that question, you're getting close.
