Definitely don't change your hair colour.. that would be a shame as you got a great blonde colour.. and it goes well with your blue eyes.. Maybe a little bit of layering in your hair.. to give the hair more volume... that might be a good idea but I would not change the lenght much and not the colour...

It looks good like that right now, but maybe some layers since you want a change... seems like you can do a lot because its fine hair..but the color is great too

i like it how it is. (: you could just get some foils put in, maybe different blonde's would break it up a little..

Since your hair is fine, cutting it short with choppy layers would looks really cute. Also, with bangs. Not straight across bangs, but bangs that swipe to the side a little, you know?
