What should I do with my ipod? REALLY NEED HELP!?

So my ipod has no music on it and I still have the old itunes version.

My computer wont let me download the new itunes 7.7 and Im stuck :'{

My itunes has all of my music on it but I cant download th enew itunes 7.7 What should i do? Should I fix my computer?

Should I call the apple store?

I havent been listening to my ipod for 1 WEEK!
