What should I do with my shop/office on the Fulham road near Putney Bridge tube? Any ideas welcome...?

I`d have loved to know what you did with it before and why you aren`t using it now in order to properly answer this question.The location is good so why not rent it out?

Use it as a shop.

Let it to a business

If allowed convert it into a dwelling place and rent it for a fortune.

Covert to a dwelling place and sell it for a fortune

Knock it down and turn it into a mini carpark .(you would make a mint)

Live in it .

There that is 6 ideas ,must be one there that appeals .

P.S.You are very fortunate to own property on the Fulham rd,whatever you do with it you can make some serious cash .

You may actually be limited to what kind of business you are allowed to operate at the premises.  Check your lease to see what you you are allowed and not allowed to sell.  For example, you may not be allowed to turn it into a food selling place.
