What should I do with my these two bosses?

above me,there are two bosses in my company, one is store manager who is a very nice guy and he likes me very much; the other one, the store manager asistant who is in charge of the detail daily work, he doesn't like me that much. I know that it would be good for me if I could make manager asistant happy, but it seems very hard. what should I do?

You are off to a good start by asking us (and yourself) that question.  

Does the assistant not like "you", or "your work"?  Just keep doing your job to the best of your ability.  Ask for help in learning new things.

I would go ahead and have conversations with the store manager assistant. You can simply tell him what is bothering you with your job or you can ask him if there's anything you could do to help around the store.

If he doesn't like you that much, when he's totally fine with other employees, I think "maybe" there's something about you that's bothering him. If he is a reasonable person, he will be willing to sort it out with you.

Good luck on your relation between your bosses. I can see that you treat your work seriously, so I think you will be fine.
