For some reason I have kept all of my old glosticks. I feel like chucking them out but I dont really want to waste them.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I could use them for?

Cheers.

  1. Consider wrapping them in fabric (glue in place) or painting them. You can use them as tree ornaments both at holiday time or just to hang in trees.

I suggest decorating them and then seeing how you can use them. They can become painted centerpiece decorations (stick among flowers). Paint them and use them as keychains, necklaces, etc.

I would think that there are an unlimited source of possibilities there to be honest.

I was a teacher once upon a time and we got new ones (not used) painted them with flowers, stripes, etc. leaving a bit exposed. The kids cracked them and then glued them onto a painting they painted in various positions. It was cool because they glowed for awhile, and now they just look pretty as part of the art.

Good luck and have fun. Just be creative and decorate them.

  2. Yes if they are not tooo old you can stick them in the freezer overnight and recrack them!
