What should I eat If I'm feeling sad?

  1. Eat lots fruits, candy cookies... or something that taste sweet.

  5. Eat your favourite food OR something with high levels of seratonin.

    You might be sad because you have a lack of seratonin in your brain meaning you should eat foods high in it like chocolate =)

    Listen to happy music that you like, and eat something you like eating, talk to close friends and it will make it all better..=)

  6. The real question is not what to eat when sad.  It is why are you always sad?  Once you find that out, you can separate emotion from eating.  In the meantime, I would suggest a healthy and balanced diet along with exercise and dressing to look your best.  Many people eat poorly and then become sad over how they look.
