  1. bring a packed lunch :) and buy a ice cream at the park yummm

  2. If you're going to a Six Flags, most of them have a Subway in them, so I would suggest going to Subway for a healthy grilled chicken or veggie sub, or just a Subway salad.

Most theme parks in general will have a sandwich/salad place or somewhere you can just get a salad and maybe a fruit cup.

It's definitely possible to eat healthy at a theme park, but don't get so worried about finding something extremely lo-cal... it's just one day out, and a FUN one at that!  It's okay to indulge a little!

  3. try slim fast at sainsbury's, has alot of low calories

  4. I love food at theme parks..

if you want sumet low calorie eat a ice lolly

    xx

  5. Eat something that smells bad when you puke

  6. As you say most theme parks just supply junk food. Salad is probably your best option, tho MacDonald's do offer a "healthier" menu nowadays. You may be better off taking a packed lunch or a picnic, which would be great fun if the weather is nice.

  7. Take your own picnic!

  8. Your best bet is to plan ahead.  You don't actually say which theme park you are going to - but many theme parks have at least one eatery that caters to people with eating restrictions.  Most of these eateries are sit down restaurants rather than the quickie fast food variety.  Plan on eating a good solid breakfast before you get there and try and talk your friends into hitting the healthy place for a mid-day meal.  I think every theme park I've been in the last 2 years (everything from Cedar Point to Disney World) has offered a variety of salads at the very least.  I find the trick in theme parks isn't to find healthy food - it's to say no to the bad stuff.  Cause the bad stuff just taste so yummy!  Also, if you are anything like me - you are going to be burning a lot of calories at a theme park.  Tons of walking and stuff.  So if you snap and eat a hot dog - it's not going to kill you or your diet.

  9. funnel cakes ! get a suvenier cup. nachos! good cobonatrion!

  10. bring a picnic with you

  11. Bring fruit.  You will not find anything healthy at a theme park unless you are going to EPCOT or Disney World.

  12. take your own food

  13. I'd avoid eating inside the park whenever possible - a lot of parks allow you to leave and re-enter - I'd check into that and go elsewhere for lunch if possible and then return afterward.  It'll save you a ton of money (prices on everything inside theme parks are outrageous) and it gives you a lot more options.  That's what I generally do.

  14. why? i'ts an event you rarely do, goining to a theme park is about enjoying yourself both on rides and with food, eat what you want for a day!!!!!!

  15. water
