Question:

What should I eat before a game?

I have hockey in an hour, i allready had a good sized meal about 1-2hrs ago, still a little hungry, what little snacks can i eat for good energy that wont take long to digest?

  2. I tend to eat muffins because they taste good and give me a great deal of energy hope this helps!

  3. Ramen Noodles.  They're packed with carbs that you can burn during the game.  Plus, they are very easy on the stomach.  Most of the girls on our Basket ball team would eat them before every game.  We would even bring them in plastic bowls with lids on the bus.
