  2. light food, which helps to wake u up  early even thoug tired after dinner.

  3. i suggest you to have roti and with spicy curry.where roti has iron in it.

  4. at night you should eat bread(roti)and some curry.don't take heavy food at night because it may drag you to sleep early and causes fat.

  5. if u r vegetarian eat any veges or if u r non veg .. eat what u like

  12. if u not working at night, u should eatsome light food, not too heavy food such as carb...try vegie, fruit and soup.

    if u going to work after dinner try something that can make u full fro the entire night like paste or bread....have cup of coffee if u have too

  14. CHICKEN KABOBS HAWAIIAN  

    MARINADE:

    1/2 c. soy sauce

    1 c. pineapple juice

    1/4 c. brown sugar

    1/8 tsp. garlic powder

    1/8 tsp. onion powder

    1/4 tsp. ground ginger

    1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

    KABOBS:

    8 whole unbreaded chicken breast filets, thawed, cut into 24 pieces

    1 whole large green pepper, cut into 12 pieces

    12 whole chunks frozen chunk pineapple

    1 whole small onion, cut into 1 1/2 inch piece

    12 whole cherry tomatoes

    In medium nonmetal bowl, combine all marinade ingredients, mix well. Set aside. Alternate chicken, green pepper, pineapple, onions and tomatoes on 6 (10 inch) skewers. Place kabobs on grill about 8 inches from medium hot coals. Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, turning and brushing frequently with marinade

    TACO SALAD  

    1 lb ground beef

    1 envelope taco seasoning

    1 10 oz. can kidney beans

    1 c. grape tomatoes, halved

    1 head lettuce, shredded

    1 12 oz pkg. shredded cheddar cheese

    1 12 oz bag nacho cheese flavored Doritos, crushed

    1 16 oz. bottle Italian salad dressing

    Brown ground beeef and add taco seasoning. Simmer according to directions. Place in large bowl and refrigerate until cool. Add beans, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, and Doritos. Mix well.

    Cover with salad dressing. Mix again. Serve almost immediately.

    SAUCY MEATBALL SUPPER  

    1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

    1/2 c. onion, chopped

    2 eggs

    1/4 c. milk

    1 tsp. salt

    Dash of pepper

    1 c. (2 slices) soft bread crumbs

    2 tbsp. snipped parsley

    1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed

    Mix all ingredients well. Shape into 1 inch balls. In large skillet, brown meatballs in a little shortening on all sides. Drain off excess fat. Combine one (11 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup, 1/2 cup water, and 1/4 cup dry white wine. Add to meat in skillet. Cook, covered, over low heat 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over cooked spaghetti, noodles or rice.

    Serves 6.

    HONEY - GLAZED SALMON  

    1 lb. fresh salmon fillets

    2 tbsp. olive oil

    1/4 c. honey

    1 clove garlic, crushed

    1 tbsp. chili powder

    Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the salmon and saute until nearly done. Meanwhile, mix the honey, garlic and chili powder. Just before the fish is done, pour honey mixture over it. It will bubble up in the olive oil and form a glaze you can spoon back over the fish. Serve at once. Serve with a slice of lime.
