  1. i have a 2 bowls of Cinnamon toast Crunch (the taste you can see) and a couple glasses of water along with 5 chocolate chip cookies

  2. have an egg, toast

    water/juice

    yogurt

    some fruit.

but don't stuff yourself, you will be too full.

  3. prolly a fat wiener haha...lol but no orange juice or eggs and stuff like that cause it dont sit good in the stomach and also no acids. otherwise bread and water fill er up the best!

holla at ya boi)+ dueces im out****

  4. Well, I usually have something big.

    Pancakes

    Teriyaki Chicken

    Eggs

Keep it even as simple as cereal

    Croissant

    Pita Bread with Labne

    Cheese Sandwich

Maybe some fruit as a side or just fruit

Before sunrise today, I had a hot dog

tomorrow I might have a cheeseburger with fries

    or oreos with milk

    or poptarts

Things like that. With the food I always have:

A long glass filled with ice and water, I drink it all so I won't get too thirsty during the day.

Some vitamins to have energy during the day.

Sometimes I also have Emergen C as an energy boost too.

    I hope this helped!

  5. You can be excused from sports just get your guardiand to write a note for you, however alternatively make sure you intake plenty of fluids eat Suhoor( before you close your fast) eat foods which will fill you up.

  6. well brother it depends on what sport you are playing....but all in all i suggest to drink a lot of water during sehri (morning before fasting), don't try to overstuff urself, and another thing what sport is it
