What should I eat or drink if I'm going to wrestle?

This is not my 1st year wrestling I been wrestling for like 1 and a half years but,this is my first year in high school. I want to know what muscle milk, tiger's milk bars and protein plus bars do because I want to try them

  1. cut sugar out of your diet all together

    it kept me down 7 lbs all season

    your diet should revolve around protein while trying to stay away from to much fat

    also pick up some whey protein supplement it does wonders

    don't use creatine (monohydrate) no matter what it says its not good for you especially as a growing teenager it can cause growth defects it happened to my friend trust me
