I'd go with either pizza with your favorite toppings or a nice thick, juicy steak grilled to you liking with your favorite sides like maybe a baked potato with butter, sour cream, bacon and cheese, onion rings, garlic smashed potatoes, sauteed mushrooms and onions, etc.
