  1. Pasta-carbs. Carbs release more energy than fats. Plus, since you need energy and endurance, you will need your slow oxidative muscle fibers. These will need the ATP...which is supplied by carbs.

  2. I suggest you don't eat nothing real heavy like breakfast. I think you should eat like a bannana or orange. Also don't drink cold water let the water be cool.

  3. nothing, you will get cramps and it slows you down in a race

  4. Nothing! Well around 6 get a banana and some healthy cereal I guess.......But you have to go to sleep like, now! That early and this late! TO bed with ya! Eat Pasta tonight before bed if you want.

  5. You should eat a good meal the day before the race like pasta. You need to get a good night sleep and let your legs rest so they will be fresh. You need to eat 2 to 3 hours before your race. You should eat like a banana or something. Since your race is so early I don't think it would be wise to have an entire breakfast because your body may not digest it in time.

  6. I never eat anything the morning of a race. You should eat a good meal the night before (not too late at night), and then, if you must, drink a little juice in the morning...but not too much. Orange juice, etc., can cause gas which isn't good when you are running. I never drink more than about six ounces.

  7. Fruit !
