  1. protein foods!!

  2. whatever, unless weight is a problem.

but the day of the fight, i like eating a big steak.  hours before the fight of course

  3. I would suggest to eat just like everyday on the night before the fight.

On the day of the fight you should eat something that isn't hard to digest. I think Fighter1987's propositions are quite good. I personally would change the spoonful of peanut-butter for a yoghurt but I think that's personal taste.

Most important is to leave a timespan of at least 4 hours between your meal and the fight, because your parasympaticus-system is working whenever you digest and reduces the important body functions you need to fight.

Also pay attention that you don't dehydrate. Drink more if you feel thirsty. If you have weight problems, drink after you weighed in, but not too much at a time.

  4. pasta. it will give you energy and endurance.

  5. Hairry Bush The Meal of Champions

  6. Same thing you 'd eat anytime you are training seriously - something low fat but high protein, so you don't lose any muscle mass over night. 1% cottage cheese is best.

  7. anything that can gain your weight.. carbohydrates??

  8. should eat a salad and steak the night before. The steak should be enough to fill you but not to make you feel bloated. As for the morning of you should eat some eggs, oatmeal with raisins, a banana, a spoonful of peanut-butter, a glass of orange juice and a glass of water
