  1. Anything with lots of Fiber. Try a few bowls of  Frosted Flakes Gold.

The link below can show you a pic of the box. I like them just cuz, but because of the fiber in them I'm usually moving my bowels in no time.

  2. rice, bananas

  3. Crackers and toast.

    Dry, grainy cereals.

And I would not eat peppers, it may upset your stomach more.

  4. don't drink lots of water or anything watery. and the rice thing doesnt work.  i live in hawaii, i eat rice every night, and its never given me a constipation.

  5. Bread, cheeses, peanut butter.

  6. I think you are from the Phil. like me that is why you had caldereta. It taste good and i like it too, but if you have diarreah this is what you should do:

    l. eat apple, banana, and drink hot tea.

    2. take probiotics, it helps to gain back those good bacteria inside your stomach, so that you will not suffer too much gas problems.

    3. take a lot of liquid, because it prevents you from dehydration.

  7. and take fiber everyday

  8. pemto bismo... works everytime. Use best judgment... grains.

  9. crackers are good
