  1. Dont eat anything fried, don't eat bread. Stay away from carbs ( Rice, Potato, etc). Eat healthy.. no fast food...When your hungry, grab a fruit. Oh and never eat late (especially before sleeping)

    and if you want quicker results exercise.  


  2. better to check the blood type diet its use full and advise you to eat stuff that match your blood type and will not gain you extra weight ...

    I'm working with it for 6 days and i can see the change

  3. Obviously avoid junk and pop. But really you can eat whatever you want, just have smaller portions.

  4. you should eat tofu it will make you very very very very skinny.

  5. No refined or processed foods, lean meats, fish, whole grains and fresh fruit and vegetables.  low carb and high protein.  also while exercising build muscle and weight lift.  the more muscle you burn, the more fat you burn.  also, take suggestions from the book the 3 hour diet which shows you how to eat smaller portions and boost metabolism.  i lost 15 lbs, 2 lbs a week on this diet.  good luck.

  6. dieting is g*y. do some exercise to loose weight if you have to!

  7. i suggest not dieting because it slows your metabolism.
