What should I except @ AMC Theater interview? Questions? Group? etc.?

Around 4pm yesterday I applied online for a job at my local AMC Theater and by 5pm I got a call saying they wanted me in for an interview on Monday (tomorrow).

I'm really stoked for the interview but I've never had a job thus never had a real interview. What kind of questions will they be asking me? Will it be a group interview or individual? If it is group, how will it differ from an individual interview? Any other advice is greatly appreciated.

There are many sources online to help you prepare. Monster.com is an excellent one with articles and templates you can use. Whatever you put down on your application impressed them so be yourself. Whatever the outcome, don't start crying. Be sure to send a 'thank you' note to the interviewer/hiring manager within 24 hours of the interview. A group interview can be nerve racking. Just maintain eye contact when you answer and hopefully they will have name tags to help you. Send the lead person the thank you note mentioning the rest of the staff.
