What should I expect from my annual check up?

I have to go to my annual medical check up some time next week and I am wondering what to expect. I am 15 years old and I haven't been to see the doctor since I was 5 or 6 but I am up to date with all of my vaccinations.

The doctor will look into your eyes, ears, nose and mouth. Listen to your heart and lungs. Mash a little on your abdomen and ask you if you have any pain, etc. He'll look at your legs, feet and ankles. And that's about all. Unless you're having problems anywhere. You'll probably have to pee in a cup.
