What should I expect on my first day of junior high??

Is there such tihng as a freshmen friday??

A different room for each class, possibly more people, lockers, and more homework. You'll be expected to do more and work harder than you did in elementary school, and you'll have to be more responsible. It will take some getting used to, but you will before too long.

Don't worry about older students (or even kids your own age) who make fun of you or pick on you, stuff like that happens to everyone and people like that just aren't worth your time.

Be yourself and have fun!

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

not in middle school. just a 6th grade orientation.

alot of people, don't worry, you're not a freshman until 9th grade in high school. just make friends with people and stay focused

You should expect LOTS of kids. Don't be worried about the 8th graders. There's a slight chance you'll be called a "sevie", unless of course you know someone in 8th grade. But never take it personally. And usually, the first week of school teachers are very laid back. It's okay if you're tardy a couple times the first week. By the second week, you should know your classes by heart. Just take it easy, and don't think you won't be caught with a cell phone or gum - you will. Plus, the work is really not that hard. Make sure you take notes when the teacher says to. You won't regret that. I hope I helped you!
