I've read a lot of questions and answers about baby geckos but I still don't know what to do. My friend gave me this baby leopard gecko but I don't know what to feed it. Ants didn't work and I know what he eats can't be bigger than his head so I can't feed him crickets or meal worms or wax worms because he's only like an inch long including his tail! I'm thinking about cutting up meal or wax worms. Do you think that would work? Do they make like extremely tiny worms or crickets for them? I'm desperate for help because I don't want he/she to die!!! Please help. Thanks!

P.S How can you tell whether a gecko's a girl or a boy????

  1. Hatchling leopard geckos should be fed 1/4 inch crickets. Ask your pet shop specificly for quarter inch crickets. Pin-head crickets are too small.

If your gecko is that small, it's still too young to be sexed with any accuracy.
