I am earning money to either get a ghillie suit or a G36C airsoft AEG but I am looking for any input on which I should buy first... I already have a UTG AWP L96 that I use in games and I would really like to have a ghillie suit to go along with it. But I also need a good sidearm/ alternative weapon.

I cannot spend more than $140 total and If anyone has any input/ brand reccomendations please share!!!!

  1. I think the G36 would be more fun and I would look at a surplus store for the suit

  2. make your own ghillie suit. its very simple. all you need is a base (BDU) and several hundred died peices of burlap. Get some in varying colors of green and brown/tan (do not use a lot of brown though. This is for a woodland ghillie suit, if you want a desert/grassland suite just use tan and brown) Just cut the burlap into many strands about 6-12 inches long and sew them to the BDU at random. Make sure that you only sew them on the back of the clothes and on the sides. when you lay down there shouldn't be any on the front of the suit and when it drapes down there should be no camouflage from the BDU showing. And for a head dress just use a simple camo boonie hat or something along those lines and sew several pieces of burlap to it. It should drape over your face (but not to where it blocks your vision too much) and also down to your shoulders when you wear it laying down. sewing all the peices will take several days but will be worth it in the end. once this is completed drag it on the ground to make the burlap worn and stringy. you can cut the pieces long ways with a knife but this is a time consuming process and more than likely you will cut yourself a few times on accident. so just find a way to shred the burlap so that it is stringy and you should be good. then you can tie stuff into it to help out with camouflage.

  3. I suggest you get the Gillie sight, while spending like 30 dollars tops on a really good pistol or mediocre shotgun.  If you are a sniper, a nice mini electric, LPAEG, shotgun, or spring pistol will fit your expectations.

No use having that much weight on you; after all, one hit and your dead...so for a backup weapon, it does not make a difference whether you got a 400 dollar tokyo marui AK 47 or a 10 dollar CYMA shotgun.

Just my opinion; it depends on your situation.  I would go with the first answer if you actually need an assault...otherwise get more magazines.
