What should I get a 14 year old for her b-day?

My sister in law is turning 14 and I need help from you peeps on what I should get her. A gift card is not an option! Her clothing style is a little bit of everything. Sometimes she dresses ghetto, sometimes preppy, and sometimes "emo" wannabe-ish. She loves music..and I'm sure other typical teenager things. Please share your ideas!

or go to a brand store and get some cute tops,pants are complicated.

also some jewelry ,cute necklace like those beads one,bracelet like those bangles,earrings that mach the cute bead necklace.And maybe a purse,and cute belts.
