The subway club is good, it has roast beef, turkey and ham, and you add whatever veggies you like. I used to like the Chicken Pizziola sandwich, but they dont sell it anymore. If not the pepperoni pizza, with sliced chicken breast on top, and yes from subway :)

Also get some of their cookies! I suggest classic chocolate chip cookies or white macadamia nut cookies!

I usually get a grilled chicken sub on Parmesaen Oregano (sp) with marinara sauce and heated.. not TOASTED, just mildly heated, with most veggies, and olive oil and vinegar on the salad part with salt and pepper. (: YUMMY :) I used to love the Pizzola (sp?) and they don't sell it anymore :(
