  1. fruit and veg.. try to eat 5  a day!

wholegrain breads instead of white are good too

.. basically.. natural products and cook your meals from scratch.

That means no microwave / tv dinners!

that way you have control of exactly what goes into your body!

get her to buy your juice aswell instead of fizzy pop.

  2. chips, coke, a ounce of weed, some cake, bugers with cheese, a big *** pizza etc.

  3. fruit

  4. Muesli cereal.

Theres nothing really you go out and 'get' to become thin.

Its a whole shift in lifestyle and eating habits. Its more than just going out and getting fat-free mayonaise.

But yes muesli cereal is great for fibre. The best thing to wake up o in the morning (not the most yummy though)

  5. To lose weight or eat healthier a diet should contain a good balance of fibre, fruit and vegetables. Also pay attention to calories and nutrition value in items. Best thing to eat is low in fat margarine/butter, whole wheat bread & pasta, fresh fruit and vegetables.

My favorite dish thats full of vitamins, low in calories & fat and is really healthy is spinach (as salad), chopped tomato, two hard boiled eggs sliced and I use dried pepper & vinegar for seasoning. So yummy!

  6. you should get lots of fresh berries, or frozen berries, because the are sweet and are easy to snack on and much healthier than other snacks. I also found that using avocado instead of butter or margarine is way better for you and there is hardly a difference in taste. happy eating :)

  7. Fruit and Veg, lots of salad.  Oily fish such as tuna etc.  Fruit jiuces to drink, chicken.

    Minerals and vitamin tablets.

Try to avoid high-carb foods such as potatoes, chips, bread, pasta, rice etc.

  8. Try shopping at TRADER JOES all there food is good and healthy

  9. Lean meat with lots of protein such as tune, turkey, fish, and chicken.

  10. Plenty of Fruit and Veg

Drinking Water - try and drink 2 litres per day

A healthy Breakfast Cereal like Special K

    White fish

I have been on a diet for 13 weeks now and found things like Findus Crispy pancakes are only 100 calories sdo great to have with a selection of Veg

If you have pack lunches at work/school have salad and a peice of fruit

You will feel healthier straight away

    Good Luck :)

  11. Consult a professional nutritionist.  Try for one who specializes in maternity or prenatal nutrition.

If you live in the country or have access to a farm,  fresh fruit and vegetables is a safe suggestion.

  12. a salad with every meal :)
