Question:

What should I get my friend for her 18th birthday?

My friend's 18th birthday party is Sept. 6th. I don't want to ask her what she wants (so she isn't expecting something in-case I can't get her it). I'll tell a little about her:

Shes really tall

Shes on the swim team

Shes senior editor of the yearbook

Shes in our Physics class

She loves to talk

She likes to camp

She has two sisters

I was thinking of getting her a giant glow-in-the-dark rubber ducky and a few little ones but, I don't think that would be a good gift for a 18th birthday (maybe a 16th). I don't just want to give her cash or a gift card because I'd like to get her something thoughtful. Here's why I thought about getting her the rubber duckies:

Her invitation had a duck on it, she swims, and her party is Hawaii/Beach themed.

Rubber duckies are too childish, right?

I don't know what to get her. Oh, and I don't want to spend a ton of money on the gift. (I'm low on cash right now) Any suggestions are really appreciated. Thanks in advance! :)

  1. Get her a flamethrower, i hear there's a special on them on Amazon.com. That's what I wanted on my 18th birthday.

Just kidding. If you get her something along the lines of rubber ducky, getting a ridiculously huge one is a really good idea.
