What should I get on my resume for an agent?

I'm going to be a freshman in high school. My friends tell me I'm a great actor, and I make many small films and upload them on youtube. But, I want to go further. Maybe get an agent? Well, I don't really know what to get onto my resume. My mother was an actress, but she's helping me out. I just would like to know if anyone has any idea what to do to be accepted by an agent.

Should I join a play? I was planning on joining the National Thespians Society in school.... Do a few plays.... I'm already taking drama 1... anyone have any idea? lol

If your mother is an actress, arange to speak with her agent...

If this isnt possible, try to set up an appointment with one, see what he looks for and go from there- it's a very difficult thing to break into. Sometimes starting small and doing some modeling or voices for radio adverts is easier, then you'll actually have something to bring to the table when you are wanting an agent, which is really more for movies and larger projects.
