  1. Give her yogurt. It helps her to get away the pain with milk foods.

  2. try living in other less fortunate kids shoes, if that dont make her tuffen up, then a good beating might do the trick, or make her do chores for 24 hours straight with only one 15 minute break.

  3. Get her a pony.

  4. Go for a short walk and try to talk to her about her day. For dinner make something really light. Have her drink gingerale... it does help.

  5. offer her a trip to the park or somewhere relaxing and open and then sit her down and ask her if she wants to talk.

  6. find out whats wrong - make her some tea and talk

  7. make her a smoothie and talk and play games while talking

  8. half a cup of hot chocolate and a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. then try talking to her to figure out whats wrong.

  9. she needs a doctor as soon as possible, as soon as the doctor will prescribe a remedy for it

  10. She might be sick or she might have just had a bad day.  Make a snack & sit together and talk.  Sometimes talking while doing something helps too....ask her to help you do the laundry & talk while folding.....or make dinner together....or even a walk.  My son sometimes just has a bad day....nothing exactly wrong, but it helps to just talk (not even just about what is wrong) and laugh together.  She might just be sick....kids get withdrawn when they aren't feeling well.  Good luck & I hope she feels better!
