in the caribbean , we have doubles ( fried split peas powder flour with curried chick peas or grabanzo peas served with tamarind chutney or mango chutney or we have cocunut bread with fired fried salted codfish with lots of hot pepper . tasty . We like spicy food though matter the time ot day
