Question:

What should I have for lunch?

My lunch break is in a half hour and I'm starting to get hungry but I don't know what I want! There aren't many places nearby.... there's mcdonalds, burger king, chinese, this pizza place, etc. i had chinese and i really don't want fast food, the pizza place is always packed. any ideas?

  3. Is there a taco Bell ? if so you should get a meat and cheese

    only hard shell taco , with a side order of BAHA  sauce, to

    dip it in.. this is my favorite. and its fast, quick to eat, and

    a cheap meal...

Doesn't sound like you have many healthy options.  If you're not concerned about the calories and fat content then just go get a burger and fries.  If I were you, and if this is an option, I would go to the grocery store.  There are usually many ready-made options for lunch at the grocery store from soup to salad to sandwiches, etc.  I would go for the salad bar.

  8. Stop at a super market and buy some fruit; buy a jar of peanut butter too so that you'll have a health snack instead of c**p.  When finished, put the rest of the peanut butter in your desk of locker for later.

  9. Half Hour isn't much time to eat, you should just pack a lunch nexttime, because is cheaper and better nutrition than any fastfood in most case, cause fastfood usually has very high content in trant or sat fat and soldium which is bad for health, cause when I fast fast food, I can feel my heart is not doing well due to all those junks inside.

  10. I always thought McDonald's food was gross and greasy but over the past couple of years, they have hired nutritionists to create some better options on their menu. I have to admit that I have researched for healthy and tasty fast food and the winner is:

    McDonald's Grilled Asian Chicken Salad. Including Dressing, it comes up under 500 calories and negligible fat...and is so amazing. It's something you just have to try. In fact, I'm eating it now on my lunch break.
