  2. Try lavender or chamomile tea. Keeps you relaxed and it gives some sense of tranquility. It usually gives me a good night sleep....try it. :-)

  3. you should try orange flower tea it relaxes you and get you calm is a very well it is use on eastern europe and is common on people that have problems with sleeping try and you 'll like it

  6. Depends, are you up to eating lots or just a little? Another thing to consider are you up to cooking and cleaning or do you just want to order takeaway?

    I suggest you check out some recipe websites, in case you're a vegetarian etc.

    Some Ideas:

    Eating a fair bit:

    - Pasta or Spaghetti w. your fav. sauce

    - Pizza (YUM!)

    - Chicken Kiev (its this really nice chicken with buttery saucing inside the chicken)

    Eating a little bit:

    - Tea and biscuits.

    - A piece of Cake.

    - Scones.

  9. usee up all the odds and ends in your vegie crisper and make a yummy stew, thats what i've got on the stove YUM!

  11. chicken stir-fry with noodles, pineapple, broccoli, some yummy sauce, carrot, and some egg. (just cook the egg on the pan first)
