What should be my focus to improve on for Middle school football. Heres the info - Im going into the eight grade. 5'10 ish maybe 5'11. 175-180 pounds. I max bench 180, i dont really know my squat. I run a 5.3-5.4 forty meter. As well as Good agility. I play fullback and linebacker. What should my focus be for improving? thanks much
