What should I include in my flyer?

I'm making a flyer that offers a web-site building service.

I'm a teen who's really good at making websites, but I don't know what to include in my flyer! Please help!

Oh it's not that hard. Come up with a catchy title and text.. something like "Does your website need a facelift?" "Interested in a website but don't know where to start?" Perhaps you could include some screenshots of work you did.
