What should I look for in a henchman?

I am thinking of becoming a criminal mastermind and I was wondering what sort of qualities I should look for when interviewing people for positions as my henchmen.

Well, I'd say loyalty and allegiance are key. You also don't want a henchman to possess any sort of intellect. This can lead to delusions of grandeur. Previous experience is helpful...but then you'll want to investigate why they were let go...Was it because their employer was apprehended by one of the so-called "superheroes"? If so, you may be able to acquire valuable information as to how to avoid a similar fate. Although, if you are a mastermind, you will already know this.

Somebody that is inferior to you and obedieant but is strong and admires you. Other than that and he may backstab you

Good question. Before I became a criminal I thoroughly looked for an muscle assistant. I discovered though that to actually have one would only hinder my criminal plots due to their low intelligence and inability to think and react for themselves. If you need guidance feel free to contact me.

He must look good in a black suit

An evil looking scar on one cheek helps a lot

A supporting snarl to your evil laugh is necessary

Since all you criminal masterminds supply ultra high-speed weapons with unlimited ammo to your soldiers, marksmanship is not necessary but he will need to be very strong to carry the millions of rounds of ammo.

Well first the henchmen should be completely loyal so you'll be able to trust him or her with any job. Second you gotta make sure they wont tell on u if they get caught and interrogated. And, third they would naturally have to be evil.

you want someone with an IQ lower than yours, and he must be extremely loyal to you. Also, it helps if you have some kind of blackmail against them to hold your power over them. Good luck!
