What should I look for when looking at frames for a fixed gear conversion?

I want to convert an old steel frame road bike into a fixed gear, but I'm not sure what I should be looking for.

The most important thing is the rear dropouts... they need to be horizontal so that you can move the rear wheel forward and backward slightly to adjust the tension in the chain.  So this is good:
