Question:

What should I make for dinner tomorrow?

Tomorrow night my boyfriend is coming over for dinner, and Im not really sure what to make. He will honestly eat anything.

So does anybody have any ideas of what I should cook for him? It needs to be relatively easy because I dont have a whole lot of time, and the ingredients cant be too expensive. Its just gonna be a casual thing, I dont need anything fancy.

Any ideas?

Help is greatly appreciated.

  2. Eggplant parmigiana w/pasta, Pepper steak w/ rice or Pork chops and potatoes would be nice, You can make a small salad to go with it and serve cookies/brownies for dessert =)

I put a link to cooks.com's main dish page, it has lots recipes for the ones I listed above.

    Have a great time =)

  3. How about Lasagna, hard crusted bread or rolls and a nice crispy salad?

Most everyone loves Lasagna and it's pretty quick to make.

  4. How about Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, greanbean casserole with some nice crusty italian bread..YUMM!

  5. tacos or

    stir fry

  6. My bf loves when I make chicken cutlets for him. Just beat about 3 eggs in a bowl then take some boneless skinless chicken breast (cut thin) & dip them into the eggs. Then dip them in a bowl of breadcrumbs & fry them in some veg. oil until golden brown. Serve with some garlic mashed potatoes (pre-made, just heat & eat) & you're all set! Pretty easy & tastes really good! My man loves it!!

  7. Enchiritos!  You can buy the dinner kits at most grocery stores.  It includes everything but the meat.  I LOVE them.  And if it isn't enough food, just pick up some chips and salsa too!

  8. SJ-SC-CA Incredible Chicken Salad

3 cups chicken breast (cooked and cubed)

    1 cup pineapple (diced)

    1/2 cup celery (diced)

    1/2 cup mayonnaise

    1/4 cup raisins

    1/4 cup walnuts

    1/8 cup dried cranberries

    2 Tablespoons sweet onion (minced)

    2 Tablespoons apple juice

Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well combined and chill. Serve with a lettuce garnish.

***You can use the chicken salad as a sandwich filling.***

  9. Spaghetti with meatballs is always easy if you use store bought sauce. You could bake chicken in the oven seasoned with salt, pepper and seasoning salt, cover with aluminum foil, bake at 350 for 45 min.  If you have cooked cut up chicken you can make all kinds of things like chicken and dumplings ( recipe on back of bisquick), chicken and rice casserole, chicken enchiladas.   Just have fun with it and im sure he will like anything you cook.

  10. you can never go wrong with some pasta and french bread. (:

easy to make, delicious and something everyone enjoys.
