Ideas to suit a 33 yr old on a diet, 14 year old who is happy with nothing! and a 8 yr old who will only eat vegetables or pasta???

  1. Fresh tuna with stir fry and green tai sauce, that would suit everyone you have to cook for

    Marinade pieces of skinless chicken breast meat in :

    ginger

    garlic

    soy sauce

    Honey

    cook with a  little olive oil in a wok or frying pan until the chicken is slightly blackened & crispy on the outside- & the honey gives it a sticky texture on the outside!

    Cut up loads of raw peppers, onions, white cabbage and lettuce - serve with some warmed brown pitta breads...

    eeeh voila!! a reeeally easy, simple quick & very healthy meal!!

  14. Make some pasta with vegatables and some chicken feet with beef ribs and tomato sauce on everything.  then use piglet's ears and charlotte's web to cover everything.
