What should I make with chicken parmesan tonight?

It's not a special dinner or anything, I just normally make mashed potatoes with chicken parmesan & I don't really feel like potatoes tonight. So what else goes with chicken parmesan? Thanks a lot.

You can eat chicken parmesan with whatever you choose, it just depends on what you feel like eating at the time! You could try a vegetable rice or plain rice with a side of veges.

First off, You don't serve mashed potatoes or potatoes of any kind with chicken parm... PASTA... Only  either fettichini, or angel hair. I use angel hair.
