I'm gonna say her middle name is Gia.I already have dolls that are named Molly,Marisol,and Elizabeth.I was thinking of naming her Ava or Charlotte.

aw cute! um i think both names are good choices! im leaning more towards Ava tho. You should look up Popular italian Girls names to make it more authentic. But the decision is up to you!

I like Ava, she doesn't look like a Charlotte to me. But "Ava Gia" doesn't sound good together, two short names both ending in "a". I know that many Italians have three or more personal names, so maybe it could be "Ava something Gia."
