What should I paint on my ceiling?

My parents are allowing me to paint my ceiling. What should I put up there?

When I was 15 I painted my ceiling sky blue and me and my friends painted clouds on it.  My ceiling fan was painted yellow so it could be the sun.  Cheesy, I know, but I loved it!!
