Please don't tell me how I shouldn't have stored it like that, I didn't. It was my husband. He put it on it's end in the storage facility on concrete. What should I ask for it? There are like 20 different repair shops in the San Diego area so repairing it will be easy for the buyer. Thanks for your opinion!

  1. For a short board like that by 'Lost' is still pretty nice.  Local Nor-Cal surfshops would probably re-sell it for $350.-$400.

d**n, sure you want to sell that?

  2. Do you have a local shop that sells on consignment? You can probably make out better that way than on Craig's. Until I read that sad news about your husband, I was going to suggest trade-in. I just bought an equivalent board brand new for $700. in March (a Lost SDII). I think you can get at least $300., if the rest of it is okay. That tail damage is fairly easily fixed, but it is a terminal depreciation factor. (Tell your husband to take care of the ankle - from an old BM3).

  3. i would buy it for like 300 bucks.. how long is it?

  4. If the tail is the only damage, I'm guessing it would cost a minimum of 100 bucks to repair. Considering that, you might ask 300.00. It's a really nice stick, but remove the old wax and clean it up before you post a picture to make it more appealing.

  5. Rinse the sand off and Melt all the wax off, then take new pictures of it. It will look a lot newer. I'd say $200 to $350.
