What should I put in this binder?

okay, so I'm 14, and my little sister is 10. we've been sharring rooms sice she was 2. We are now getting our own, and shes always been the lazy, messy type. I know its not my room to worry about, but I want to some how make a binder for her with ideas to keep it clean, and organized.

mabey some extra pages for her to write whatever. so if you would, give me some subjects for it...or give me ideas for the following subjects. lol,, and if you want; some ideas for my own room its been 8 years!!

SUBJECTS: -How to keep her room clean and organized. - How she can make new friends.

-How she can be nicer. -For her to stop being lazy. and etc.

i know if it were my sister she would take offense to those things but maybe just a journal that she can keep her thoughts in but make the first entry for her and express your concerns and tell her if she wants help she knows where to find you

For your room make it something original and something that you wont want to change in like 3 years of even the next month...your favorite cartoon or something i painted my room pink recently and not i wish i would have done some hing with Ariel the mermaid strawberries short cake and Tinkerbell but its to late... Make sure its something you really like but not to childish....Bright colors are always fun and bright orange and blue always make your room darker at night too if you like dark to sleep
