  2. i just went shopping today i was out of everything..ok you might need chicken pork chops rice a bag of potatoes mac.and cheese...a dozen of eggs some bacon apple juice milk cereal bananas a few cans of veggies or if you like frozen veggies..jelly peanut butter bread raw carrots celery.....cookies..dinners desert brownies..

    rice (spanish rice, rice pilaf and whole grain brown rice mixes), pasta, tomato sauce, beans, pizza dough, cheese, pizza sauce, chicken, fish, steak, rosemary potatoes: (cooked cubed potatoes with some rosemary), vegetable soup, chicken soup, hot dogs, burgers, healthy frozen dinners

    breakfast:

    frozen whole wheat waffles with fresh fruit and whipped cream or syrup, favorite cereals (smart start, rice krispies, corn flakes, raisin bran, captain crunch, corn chex, whole grain chex, etc), pancake mix, corn bread mix, muffin mix, yogurt with granola, eggs (scrambled, over easy, sunny side up) with home fries (cube potatoes and cook on stove top over low heat with some oil and rosemary) and buttered toast, toast: top with jelly, butter or honey

    after school snacks:

    ice cream, chips, ranch with carrots, celery and raw pepper, banana with peanut butter, mini bagels w/ cream cheese, apples with honey, rice cakes, granola bars (good brands include: kashi, nature valley, and luna bars)

    drinks:

    seltzer, grapefruit juice, cranberry juice, lemonade, flavored water

    fruits and veggies:

    apples, mango, grape fruit, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, black berries, bananas, grapes, watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, honey dew, peppers, carrots, celery, snow peas

    dips for chips and veggies:

    ranch, hummus, caesar, peach salsa, regular salsa

    Yes to:

    all the things that are not high calories. Your list is fine except for fruit juices if you were planning on buying.

    Watch those fruit juices. They are high cals. In small quantities, they are OK, but fruits are better because of the goodness that come with them, such as roughage.

    Fruit punches, fruit drinks have nothing but water and sugar, some coloring and artificial flavor. Nothing natural in them things.

  8. when i mkae list i think of dinners first then sides to go with then fruits veggies and then junk food

    start with dinner try to plan what you will eat along with the meat u buy

    for meats get some  chop meat, hot dogs, steaks, chicken cutlets then think of sides to go with like you need buns, potatoes, rice, vegetables

    then your basics, milk bread eggs cheese - that will cover snakcs and breakfast to

    then get some granola bars, yogurts cookies cereal for snacks

    pick up some gallons of juice and ice tea

    dont forget your tioltries - soap, shampoo etc
