What should I say at my UPS interview?

This is my second UPS interview this summer and I really want this job because of the benefits. I thought I did really well at my last interview; I was super polite, I said I can lift 70+ pounds, work in the heat, have reliable transportation, and I said I have a good work ethic and a positive attitude and I work really hard and I've never missed a day of work or school and I've never been late. I don't know what I did wrong. What can I do differently/better this time?

At any job interview, the employer will ask a series of questions to determine certain personality traits and experience levels. First and foremost, you should be somewhat familiar with the position you're applying to...which you seem to be.

Secondly be your self. Don't try to brown nose and don't over do your answers. If you over do it, you will come across as unpredictable and dishonest. Relax, keep the responses as short as possible and to the point. If you're ever stuck, like in any meeting, humor is the best way out.
