What should I say..really hesitant to calling lol? WEIRD?!?

um well i bought some whitening strips last week and i didnt like them, they really made my teeth so senstive and i want to return the product back to tis company since i cannot return it back to the store and i want a refund.

im going to call their number but what should i say so i dont sound weird or rude that i didnt like their products? this is my first time doing this so..

When you call just be polite and act like any other conversation with anyone else. Hello how are you that kind of thing. Dont beat around the bush, get right to the point. Tell them that you didnt like there product and why, tell them that you would like a refund and are not happy about the results at all. Dont freak out, or get mad, just be calm but stern. The person on the phone will take you more seriously if your not making silly puns and jokes. Just tell them whats wrong and hope all for the best.

Tell them the product did not work to your satifaction. Its known the whiteners cause sesitivity. So I would say your dissapointed in the results.

Just say "I tried your ______ product and it made me teeth so sensitive. I was looking to return the product to you"

and see how it goes.
