  1. What makes you think that an American expects you to say something specific just because you're Chinese?  Just welcome her to your town and tell her it's nice to meet her, like you would anyone else.

  2. If I understand correctly that you're in China, then you just walk up to the only woman getting off who doesn't look Chinese and say, "Ms. ____?  Hello.  I'm Jack ___.  Welcome to ____.  My car's outside.  Can I take your suitcase?  Do you have any more luggage?  All right, then, let's go!"

  3. I can ony recommend that you should be yourself. If it's professional, introduce yourself in a professional way, the same way that you do when you're around other people ("Hi, I'm (name) and...")

Remember: Just because she's American, it doesn't mean that she's not like other people.

    Good luck!
